How to upgrade CentOS to 8.1

On february 9th CentOS-8 (1911) has been released, you can read the release note here
In order to upgrade from 8.01 to version to CentOS 8.1 do this.
yum update
You need to run the previous command as root
It is a good idea to reboot the system after the upgrade
reboot
Once again, run the command as root
