Pasta, heavy cream and sausage

I had some leftovers of the yesterday's barbecue, and I wanted to eat some pasta today.

This is recipe is not light, you will have to watch the portions, if you are concerned about calories.


  • A cup of uncooked small-shape pasta
  • 3 Sliced sausages
  • 2 Table spoons of heavy cream
  • 1/2 small chopped onion
  • 2 smashed garlic cloves
  • Parsley
  • Cilantro
  • 1/4 shredded cheese (I prefer fresh cheese. You can use parmesan)


Cook the garlic gloves with a little of olive oil for one minute in the microwave.

Cover the small pot with a dish before turning on the microwave, or the garlic may jump outside the pot.

Once soft, smash it with a fork.

Fry the onion with a little of oil, just until it is transparent.

You now have all ingredients ready, so cook the pasta until it is ready, dry it, and mix will all other ingredients, reserve some parsley to put it over the dish before serve.
