Kentucky Style Fried Chicken
Kids loves Kentucky style fried chicken or broasted chicken. I prepared this chicken legs using a simple recipe.
- 8 Chicken legs
- 1 Cup of wheat flour
- 3/4 liters of milk
- Salt and pepper
Put the chicken legs in the milk for 2 hours, then in a bowl put the flour with salt and pepper.
Put the chicken in the flour mix, then again in the milk and once again in the flour mix. When they are all covered with flour, fried them in hot oil, until cooked.
Another way, is to boil the chicken the night before, put them aside in the refrigerator all night. Then proceed as above, this way you are sure the chicken is well done.
