Convert Open Office odt document to plain text file

If you ever need to work with an Open Office or Libre Office document, those with odt file extension. And you need to work with them on the console, you can just convert them to plain text file.

Use the odt2txt tool to do it.

odt2txt odt-file.odt > plain-text-file.txt

You should be able to install odt2txt using your package manager.
