I’ve been training for three+ years, lifting weights, doing spinning, jogging… All to be in better shape and also healthy.

But if you are in the same “club” with me, you already know that all of this take a lot of time, so how can we stay with this “way of life” in those moments in our life when we have not too much time?

Imagine, you are having a bad time at work, or you finally decided to take that MBA, so you do not have enough time.

There is no reason to leave that healthy attitude, you can take advantage of the full body routines.

When I’m in those months of the year when I have very little time, I try to go at least three times per week to the gym.

On those days, you need to work all your body with compound exercises, and for the big muscles.

So, every day work:

  • Legs (Squats)
  • Pecs (Bench presses)
  • Back (Nothing better than chin ups)
  • Shoulders (Military presses)

And yes, if you love to work your arms, you can at the end add something for your biceps and triceps, be gentle, consider that they have already worked while doing all the others.

Do not forget to add calves, abs and lower back once a week each at the end of your session.

You will find in Google lots of Full body routines mix them, create your own, and stick to it, then you will be able to return to your normal schedule, the key is not to abandon the gym completely, otherwise it its too hard to go back, and you know that, right?
